You must reschedule trips not less than 24 hours before start time. I will do my best to give you the same courtesy if weather or anything else forces me to make this decision
$50 deposits are not refundable. It was already used for gas and bait. Not to mention my time spent tracking weather, checking river conditions, and putting together a gameplan so your trip will be a successful one. I realize sometimes things out of our control come up, so I will do everything I can to cooperate with you to reschedule. The only time the deposit can be refunded is if I am the one that has to cancel and rescheduling is not an option (excluding you violating any of my terms, rules, or governing laws)
DO NOT SHOW UP INTOXICATED! Captain's discretion to: 1- not allow them on vessel, 2- reschedule trip to another date, 3- cancel trip altogether with no refund of deposit
